Wash Dry Fold | Drop-off Lockers

If you need clean laundry but don’t want to do it yourself, then Wash Dry Fold is the service for you.Finish Line Laundry offers a quick and convenient drop-off laundry service. Our dedicated staff will wash, dry, and fold your laundry at $1.95/lb* or no fold at $1.50/lb* (*$25 minimum).Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are committed to having all orders processed within 24-48 hours.See instructions below for dropping off and picking up your laundry in a secure locker.

  2. To lock the door, hit C + [any 4 digits] + LOCK (Example: C + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + LOCK)

  3. Enter your information into the form below and click submit

  4. After laundry is complete and payment is received, a Locker # and 4-digit Code will be sent via text or e-mail

  5. At your convenience, find your Locker # behind the counter

  6. Unlock door by pressing C + [4-digit Code] + LOCK

Terms & Conditions

Rest assured, your satisfaction is our first priority. In fact, we treat your laundry as if it were our own, however, we still need to agree to some terms and conditions to ensure that there are no misunderstandings about Finish Line Laundry (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”, or “Finish Line Laundry”) or your obligations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions.Suitability for LaunderingBy using our service you agree that your laundered items are suitable to be washed in water on a normal wash cycle, as we deem necessary, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We wash all items together as our standard procedure. If you want your laundered item(s) washed separately, we ask you to separate them into separate bags and make a note in the special request section of the request form. We will not be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service of items that we feel will be hazardous to the health and safety of our staff, machines, and/or our location. (Examples are heavily soiled items with feces, bloodborne pathogens, and/or anything else we deem necessary.)__Damaged Laundry__We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry by handling them with care during the process. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do to prevent damage to your laundered items. Things left in your pockets, such as lipstick, chewing gum, pens, markers, etc. We ask for you to check for these items before turning in your laundry item(s) to be laundered. Similarly, if you call and tell us that you left a personal item of value in any of your laundered item(s), we will do our best to find any and all item(s) and return these item(s) but can’t guarantee that we will find these item(s) and will not be held responsible. Similarly, normal wear and tear happen during the laundering washing and drying process. These normal wear and tear of laundering can weaken and/or be damaged over time but are not limited to buttons, fading, disposition of colors (aka bleeding), dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching), fatiguing of material, holes, abrasions, etc. Also, some laundering item(s) require special cleaning processing such as “dry clean only” or other special washing or drying processes. Please do not include these such items to be laundered, otherwise, we may not catch them and launder them.__Lost Laundry__We do not take an inventory of your laundered items before, during, and after the process. We do our best to keep your laundered items together during the process by tagging your bundled laundry with a ticket number. (Process from the locker, weigh-in, washing, drying, folding, and back to the locker.) We have no way to verifying that we actually received any particular piece of laundry. If you do believe you are missing something from your laundry, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean laundry — we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported soon after.__Minimum Fee__You can send us any amount of laundry you choose, but any loads weighing coming out to less than $25 will be rounded up to our minimum price of $25. When weighing your item(s) to be laundered, we will round to the nearest pound.__Allergies__We use either Tide, All, Oxi Clean, or a similar laundry detergent when laundering your items. If you would like us to use another detergent or require us to use a special detergent, please provide the detergent of choice and we will adjust our pricing accordingly. However, we do wash clothes in shared washing machines where other detergents may have been used. It is possible that small amounts of other detergents, which may not be hypoallergenic, may not be completely rinsed out of our washing machines.__Scheduling and Payment__All laundering orders will need to be entered into our Wash Dry Fold form available through our website or paper and locker setup via phone, tablet, computer, and/or our onsite kiosk. We will process your laundry within a 24-48 hour time period. If you should need your items done sooner than that time period, please make a note in the special request section of the form and by calling us at 641-659-5569 as soon as possible. A rush order fee may apply. We will do our best to process your laundry at the agreed-upon time period. However, there are times when unforeseen circumstances can happen. We will notify you immediately of any changes to the time period when necessary.Once you have locked your laundry items and entered your information on the Wash Dry Fold form, we will begin to process your order. Your order will be weighed, and you will be sent an invoice via email and/or phone for payment. Once the payment is received and your laundry is done, we will lock your items in a locker and send you the locker number and combination. You can retrieve your items at your convenience during our open business hours.
